DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Therapies

STATUS: Temporary Full Time

CLASSIFICATION: Physical Therapist

HOURS OF WORK: As per SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement Field
Hours provision

RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement ($31.696
- $38.859 per hour)
                                                          
QUALIFICATIONS:                          
A degree in Physical Therapy and must have licensure with the
Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists.
Be eligible for current licensure in the Canadian Physiotherapy
Association.
Knowledge of the health region and community resources.  
Be certified in life support (CPR).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Must be willing to travel within the region and have a valid
drivers license.

STARTING DATE: As soon as possible

END DATE: March 2014    

Package offered to individuals who have completed training and
have not received a Regional Bursary:
1) $2,500 recruitment grant with an one year (1,950 hours
worked) return for service
commitment; and
2) Up to $2,500 for relocation, with receipts, for an additional
one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service commitment.
