Description

Under the direction of the Director of Acute Care Services at
Lloydminster Hospital, this out-of-scope position is accountable
for developing, maintaining and delivering pharmacy services to
the patients and staff at the Lloydminster Hospital, Dr. Cooke
Extended Care Centre, and surrounding rural facilities in the
health region.

The successful applicant must have a Bachelor of Science in
Pharmacy and be eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan
College of Pharmacists and the Alberta College of Pharmacy.  
Three to five years hospital pharmacy experience is essential.  
Preference will be given to those with management experience
within a unionized environment.  Excellent verbal communication
skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are a must.  The
individual must be able to establish and maintain good working
relations with all regional employees and physicians. The ability
to independently establish priorities and meet deadlines is
essential.  Knowledge of various software applications including
excel, word and pharmacy software applications is a definite
benefit.

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Out-of-Scope
Management Compensation Plan.
