Facility Maintenance & Operator (Maintenance Department)

Facility:  Tatagwa View (Pet Friendly Facility)  
Location:  Weyburn

Hours of work:  112 hours per 3 week rotation

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Closing Date: When filled.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Building Systems Technician Certificate
- Refrigeration certificate.
- 5th Class Power Engineer certificate

- Intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
-Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver's license

Applications must be received in Human Resources by 4:30 PM on closing date.  Part time hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory or designated holiday is recognized during that period.  Relief positions: Relief hours of work; no guaranteed hours and must be available all shifts, short shifts, weekends, short notice calls, stats and holidays.  Preference for this position will be given to Canadian Union of Public Employees members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations and Canadian Union of Public Employees Collective Agreement.  Rotations are subject to change.
