Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages all operational and financial resources to achieve established goals.  Utilizes company tools, reports and feedback to effectively analyze trends and identify opportunities.
Achieves and maintains a high level of customer service and ensures customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
Manages all store processes to company standards including freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sales, cash and inventory transactions.
Responsible for the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all associates.
Handle any required disciplinary action in accordance with company policy
Oversees scheduling and payroll processes on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensures that the appearance of the stores interior and exterior are maintained to standards including merchandise presentation and recovery.
Manages shrink and safety results.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.  
Minimum five years retail management experience preferred.
Mobility to move freely throughout sales floor and stockroom on a continual basis throughout the shift required.  Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.  Frequently required to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop or kneel.
Ability to work a varied schedule each week including nights, weekends and holidays.  
Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
Strong decision-making and problem resolution skills required.
Demonstrated visual merchandising skills required.
Basic PC skills required.
Basic English literacy and math skills required.
