Specific responsibilities include:
Manage, coach, and develops direct reports
Maintains and accounts for inventory
Order inventory with coordination of Location
Manager
Provides customer services for internal and
external customers
Assure that the locations inventory is optimized
to meet customers requirements
Hire and supervise seasonal staff. Ensure proper
training is provided
Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of
facilities and equipment
Assure environmental compliance is maintained at
all times
Ensure EH&S compliance at the location
Cross function within facility operations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in
vocational, agricultural or combination in
supervisory, education, and work experience
Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience
Valid Drivers License
Excellent communication and people skills,
both written and oral
Ability to work independently as well as
part to a team
Proficient use of computer programs to
include Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work in a fast paced work
environment in season
Adapt to variable work hours in season
