Basic Purpose:
To effectively coordinate all aspects of the Bourgault Parts Department.
Responsibilities:
Forecast, price, maintain, and manage all parts required to supply the dealer network with replacement Bourgault parts. The dealer network includes domestic and international customers (Australia, Eastern Europe, and USA).
Monitor stocking levels and control obsolescence.
Lead, develop, train, motivate, and manage the day-to-day activities of Parts team members.
Work effectively with other departments to achieve corporate objectives.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Effective troubleshooting & problem solving skills
Strong understanding of inventory control and management
Solid understanding of Bourgault equipment and the role it plays in modern farming practices is required
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to handle difficult situations and manage stress effectively
An understanding of the dealer network, particularly with regard to Parts Management and Parts Sales
Parts Management Course (SIAST) or equivalent Business Administration diploma is an asset
Journeyman Parts Certificate is an asset
Supervisory experience is an asset
Knowledge of XA enterprise resource planning and Microsoft Excel software is an asset
