We are seeking a LEAD TECHNICIAN / FOREMAN
for our Leduc Facility to start immediately!
Job Summary: Responsible for rig maintenance & repairs, coordinate and develop preventative maintenance program, maintain & perform CAODC & DOT inspections, supervise staff in respective facility.
Position Responsibilities:
Planning workflow in the shop and providing what is needed to complete the job in a timely manner.
Handling and troubleshooting calls from the field, providing field support (parts or personnel).
Field Service Duties WILL be required.
Train / mentor mechanical staff to perform repairs at a high level.
Plan, organize & track CAODC and DOT inspections.
Maintain good supplier / contractor relations.
Work with operations to meet their needs.
Work in MyMaintenance
Work in MyPurchasing
Educational Requirements:
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician License
Grade 12 Diploma
CVIP License
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years with Heavy Equipment License
Service Rig Experience
