DUTIES FOR ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR:
ANSWERING PHONE CALLS
ATTENDING TO FRONT COUNTER
RECEIPTING ALL PAYMENTS
INVOICING WATER BILLS, CABLE BILLS
MONTHLY ACCOUNT RECIEVABLE INVOICING
DOING BANK DEPOSITS
ALL FILING OF REPORTS
LOOKING AFTER NEW AND OLD CABLE SUBSCRIBERS
(SELLING BOXES, TROUBLE SHOOTING, MANAGING HOOKUPS, AND DISCONNECTS)
CABLE REPORTS: LOOKING AFTER DIRECT PAYMENTS, AND REPORTING NUMBERS TO CCSA FOR
PROPER BILLING FOR CABLE CHANNELS.
MANY EXTRA DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR
