FACILITY/LOCATION: Battlefords Union Hospital

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Surgery                                  

CLASSIFICATION: Nurse A          

STATUS: Permanent Full Time

HOURS OF WORK: 12 hours shifts

RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/SUN C.A. ($34.94 - $45.35 per hour)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must be eligible for registration with SRNA in Saskatchewan.
Current CPR or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES:    
0730  1947, 1930  0747 shifts on rotation. Provisional rotation
as per Article 7.03 c.
3-5 years acute care experience an asset.
Recent surgical and pediatric nursing experience an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability for
self direction and critical thinking.
                                                          
ANTICIPATED START DATE: June, 2013

Package offered to individuals who have completed training and
have not received a Regional Bursary:
1) $2,500 recruitment grant with an one year (1,950 hours
worked) return for service
commitment; and
2) Up to $2,500 for relocation, with receipts, for an additional
one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service commitment.
