We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Payroll Clerk to join our team. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and an upbeat, positive attitude. The selected candidate will be responsible for answering the telephone, booking appointments, screening and directing calls, taking messages, maintaining inventory and ordering stock, receiving and sorting deliveries, general administrative and clerical duties, and other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is considered an asset but not necessary. Willing to train the right person. The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll, as well as month and year-end processes.
