FACILITY/LOCATION: Maidstone Health Complex

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Primary Health Services

CLASSIFICATION: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

STATUS: Permanent Full Time
                                              
HOURS OF WORK: 8 hour shifts; Field hours provision in effect

RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/SUN C.A. ($46.70 - $55.85/hr)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Certification in a recognized Primary Care Nurse Practitioner equivalent program or Nurse Practitioner Masters Program required; Currently registered or eligible to be registered with the SRNA as a RN (NP); Experience as an RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred; Demonstrated ability to function as a member of an integrated health team; Demonstrated sound nursing judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to be flexible and self-directed; Current certification Level C, Basic Cardiac Life Support; Valid drivers license.
