Brandt Road Rail Corporation is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager located in Regina, Saskatchewan; serving the Canadian market. The objective of the Territory Sales Manager will be to maximize the sales of the overall products within their designated territory in accordance with sales goals established by the Company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Calling on supervisors, road-masters and engineers and other companies that use railroad products to ultimately increase sales in that designated territory.
To build relationships will customer personnel who will have input in the decision-making process of our products.
To become familiar with the operation of the rail equipment and power units and to assist infield demonstrations to the customers.
To participate and advise the sales manager on upcoming trade shows and relevant events in the industry.
To wright monthly sales reports on sales activities and forecast future plans.
To provide suggestions regarding marketing plans and activities, such as advertisements and promotions.
To work with the product support department on after sales service.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, great customer service skills, and must be able to maintain dealer accounts and promote new product lines. Education with sales and heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset but not required. Applicants must be willing to travel as it will be required for the position (50% travel required).
