Duties:
Serving food and beverages to guest in a fast paced environment. Housekeeping duties as well as daily side duties.
Will require menu proficiency or suitable experience
Comfortable with Late Night guests an asset.
Late Night Shifts can start as early as 9p + go to 7a as required.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
