The Job
Every Customer Service Representative has complete ownership of the customer experience. Not only do you work directly on a customers car, but you also are in control of the entire sales cycle; from walking a customer through the services on a car to completing the sale. A Customer Service Representative spends:
60% of their time providing Customer Service:
30% of their time completing Mechanical Duties:
10% of their time providing supervisor tasks:
