AREVA Resources Canada has an opportunity for Environment Student to join our team in the (SHEQ) Environmental Department.  This position reports to the Environment Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:  
- Assists the Environment Technicians as required, including but not limited to;
- Performing daily inspections & monitoring
- Groundwater sampling
- Surface water sampling
- Effluent sampling
- High volume air sampler operation
- Potable water monitoring
- Sample preparation and shipping
- Shipping material for recycling
- Equipment maintenance
- Data Entry
- May assist Radiation Protection Technicians as required  

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
- Enrolled in Environmental Sciences or related post-secondary program
- Must be returning to school in the fall
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work in a strong team environment and be able to demonstrate initiative
- Show attention to detail

Work Location & Schedule:  McClean Lake, 7 Days in/7 Days out- 77 hours/week

Pick-Up Points:    Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows and the designated communities in the Athabasca region of Camsell Portage, Uranium City, Stony Rapids, Fond du Lac and Wollaston Lake
