Summer Student Custodians
Competition #1360

The Chinook School Division is looking for summer students (High School or Post-secondary) for the following communities: Burstall (160 hrs), Cabri (160 hrs), Consul (160 hrs), Eastend (160 hrs), Fox Valley (160 hrs), Frontier (160 hrs), Hazlet (160 hrs), Hodgeville (160 hrs), Shaunavon (2 positions, 160 hrs each), Stewart Valley (80 hrs), Success (80 hrs), Tompkins (80 hrs), Val Marie (160 hrs), Vanguard (80 hrs), Waldeck (160 hrs), Wymark (160 hrs), & the Chinook Education Centre in Swift Current (2 positions, 200 hrs each).

Salary: $12.50 per hour

Start date: July 2, 2013 start date with schedule to be determined by each community's School Facility Operator.

Preferences will be given to applicants who:
-Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
-Demonstrate diligence, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship
-Perform minor interior and exterior repairs/maintenance
-Demonstrate an interest in students and in education
-Display energy, initiative and enthusiasm

Duties (may include but are not limited to):
-Assisting the Facility Operators with general custodial duties
-Special cleaning
-Minor repairs/maintenance
-Yard work
-Painting
