We are also the leading provider of communication products used to connect voice, video, data and security systems.  

Due to our continued growth, we currently have a unique career opportunity within our Enterprise Cabling & Security Solutions division (ECS) located in Saskatoon. This position will have the ideal candidate starting in the Inside Role, with an aggressive sales training program to migrate into an Outside Sales role in approximately 12 months. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and highly motivated team player who will develop existing and new accounts where Anixter can position its products and capabilities, and assist the customer with solutions that best suits their needs.

You will be responsible for:

Uncovering new opportunities and buying centers within existing accounts
Providing post-sales service by following through on orders/expedite orders/troubleshooting
Cold and warm calls for new market initiatives
Identifying customer requirements and recommend solutions in all facets of our business.

The successful candidate for this position will possess:

Technical knowledge of Copper, Fiber and Security related products and systems.
Ability to exceed expectations, through relentless execution of game plan.
Excellent communication skills and desire to excel in customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, organized.
Aggressive, assertive and a passion for sales.
Willingness to increase product knowledge required to service the customer.
