FFUN MOTOR SPORTS, A FFUN MOTOR GROUP DEALERSHIP, IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- MANAGING ALL INCOMING CALLS ON A MULTI-LINE TELEPHONE.
- RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, REDIRECTING CALLS.
- PAGING STAFF.
- GREETING AND SERVING WALK-IN CUSTOMERS.
-SOME ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES (increasing over time).
- COMPUTER WORK.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS ALWAYS:
CHEERY AND PLEASANT (never moody) WITH EXCEPTIONAL TELEPHONE MANNERS AND PLEASANT VOICE. HE/SHE SINCERELY ENJOYS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARES ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS AND IS ABLE TO "WOW" THEM EVERYTIME. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE SOME POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION/RECEPTION AND A YEAR OF MORE OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE. THIS IS A 5 DAY, 40 HOUR/WEEK JOB. RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY ARE ESSENTIAL TO THIS PERSON'S SUCCESS.
