Description
Main Job Duties;
Greet customers, organize and setup bar, Issue
change, receipts, refunds and credits. Stock
shelves, Maintain clean work area, advise on wine
selection, prepare reports and record balances.
Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer, Mix
ingredients such as soda, liquor,water etc to
prepare cocktails and other drinks, serve snacks ,
order liquor and bar supplies, garnish drinks and
display glassware in attractive manner etc.
