Description
Hill-Rom, a top medical device company, is looking for an Account Therapy Specialist who will be responsible for establishing Hill-Rom as the preeminent provider of Healthcare Solutions through products and processes, as well as working collaboratively with the Account Executive and Service Operations Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned HRC products and service programs.
This position will spend 70% direct selling and 30% relationship building through education. The ATS is also responsible to function as clinical consultant. This position requires flexibility, autonomy and the ability to collaborate with multiple team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED:
- BSN, RN or RT preferred
- Acute care experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical problem-solving skills; confident and display leadership abilities.
- Good presentation skills
- Computer literate
