The Corporate Client Services department leads and delivers operational, administrative and client support services for a range of programs and products utilized by credit unions and commercial clients. Corporate Client Services team members focus on service excellence, innovation, cost efficiency, business retention, enhanced client relationships and profitability.
This position is responsible for the delivery of client service to credit unions, corporate clients and internal clients through effective client interactions, financial processing, reporting and analysis. Product administration responsibility will have a greater focus on one or more of the functional areas of credit servicing, wholesale deposit servicing, investments trade processing and a full range of banking services, as dictated by business needs.
In this role you will be responsible to foster and maintain client relations by providing front line service to credit unions and corporate clients; deliver operational expertise and financial processing to corporate clients; ensure effective financial reporting/analysis; and ensure compliance to legislated, regulatory and policy and product requirements.
The successful candidate will possess 1 to 2 years post-secondary education and 4 years related financial services experience, preferably credit union experience, including general knowledge of financial products and services and experience working with banking applications.
