Access Communications Co-operative Limited is the sixth largest cable company in Canada. We are a 100% Saskatchewan community owned non-profit co-operative. We provide services in over 200 Saskatchewan communities and offer digital and high definition cable services, high speed Internet, digital phones and security systems. The Job:
You love saving the day. You're the friendly voice when customers call with questions about cable, phone, home security, and Internet service. You're a people person. Many claim to be, but you're the real deal.
These part time and full time positions will involve day, evening, and weekend shifts, so open availability is a requirement. Travel is also required between our Estevan and Weyburn office.
The Candidate:
You've had 1 to 2 years customer service experience. Your ability to handle all calls in a friendly and professional manner is key to success. Not only are you great with people, but you're a quick learner when it comes to the technical stuff.
