Description

The Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association Inc. (SPRA), a dynamic, non-profit organization, is the provincial voice, providing leadership, communication, and support for the parks and recreation movement in Saskatchewan.

Our support staff, as members of our energetic and dedicated team, must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel).  Other qualifications are Grade 12 Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a non-profit membership association or similar organization.

The successful candidate will have the skills to provide reception functions, administrative and clerical functions, and to act as a resource to staff as assigned.  Duties will include answering the telephone, word processing, processing and proofing correspondence and reports, database management, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and other administrative functions.
