Supervise and coordinate activities of Food counter Attendants;
Manage, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Completion of secondary school is an asset;
Previous service restaurant experience is required;
Respond and correct customer complaints;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures;
Participate and assist in the development of policies and procedures;
