FACILITY/LOCATION: Lloydminster Hospital

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Operating Room

CLASSIFICATION: Nurse A

STATUS: Temporary Full Time

HOURS OF WORK: 8 hour shifts as per rotation

RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/SUN Collective Agreement ($34.25  $44.46/hour)
                                              
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Current registration with SRNA required.

Previous operating room experience an asset.

Peri-operative nursing certification required, if no one with certification must be willing to obtain within two (2) year.

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES: Normal hours of work: 0730  1600, 0900  1730, 8 hour shifts in 6 week rotation; on call on a rotational basis.
                                                
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as possible

END DATE: May, 2013

Package offered to individuals who have completed training and have not received a Regional Bursary:
1) $2,500 recruitment grant with an one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service
commitment; and
2) Up to $2,500 for relocation, with receipts, for an additional one year (1,950 hours worked) return for service commitment.
