The Operations Start-up Manager is responsible to ensure the safe, timely, complete and controlled planning, implementation and execution of all Stage 2 commissioning, start-up and ramp-up activities. This position is also responsible for ensuring completion of turnover documentation and punch lists in order to transfer ownership from the project team to the operations team of an operating system.
