Description

Access Communications Co-operative Limited is the sixth largest cable company in Canada. We are a 100% Saskatchewan community owned non-profit co-operative. We provide services in over 200 Saskatchewan communities and offer digital and high definition cable services, high speed Internet, digital phones and security systems.

The Job
You'll experience technical difficulties but you'll handle them and any other customer inquiries with ease. You'll arrange cable, Internet, phone and home security services and troubleshoot any glitches. You'll have your Techie thinking cap on when approached with difficult or unusual questions. Also, don't forget to look sharp, as you'll be resolving customer issues in person and over the phone.

Candidate Qualifications
You're a multi-tasking machine. Your Electronics Certificate or 1 year of related experience has fine-tuned your operating knowledge of digital boxes, PVRS and cable, phone and home security equipment. You have more ability to interface CATV operations to other electronic mediums in your little finger, than most have in their entire body. Plus you need excellent organizational,communication, and interpersonal skills. Did we mention you must work well under pressure?

These part time positions include day, evening and weekend shifts, and a 20 - 25 hour work week at a minimum.
