Main duties of the job include: Execute all customer service operations, ensuring all prepared products meet restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Assemble and present completed treat orders, including stocking, cleaning and maintaining all customer areas in a clean, safe and pleasant manner and ensure they meet all restaurant safety and health code standards. Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shifts. Assemble and deliver orders to customers quickly and efficiently. Properly and safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment including related chill equipment.
The full time hours will require a flexible schedule and will include evening and weekend shifts.
The education required for full time positions is a high school diploma or equivalent.
The successful candidate must exhibit the following experience and skills: Good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude and promptness. Perform under high pressure in a high volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time. Must be able to interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts. Clean up all kinds of messy situations. Must be able to work in and out of various temperature ranges. Handle food/drinks /treat products constantly. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
