Start/End Date: As Soon As Possible until June 26, 2013
Desired Qualifications and Duties (may include but are not limited to):
Educational Assistant certification
A desire to work with children
Ability and experience in working with students of all ages
A positive and flexible attitude to change
A responsible, self-regulating individual who believes in quality work
Ability to communicate openly with members of the educational team regarding lesson plans and student progress
Ability to engage students in academic and life skills pursuits
Ability to maintain confidentiality is required
Ability to participate in physically active situations
Ability to work as a team or independently
Appreciation and respect for diversity
Enthusiasm for the learning process
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment
Work under the guidance of the classroom teacher(s) and the student services teacher
Interview will be required
