Description
We are looking for a fun, friendly, team orientated front desk clerk who is able to provide exceptional customer service. The Front Desk is where guests often have their first and last point of contact. As such, a Guest Services Agent must be outgoing, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends. Our shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am. This role is permanent and would be approximately 16-24 hours per week.
Customer Service experience in the hospitality industry would be an extremely valuable asset. This position would be perfect for a student looking for part-time employment.
Duties include by not limited to:
*Delivering outstanding customer service in a "Friends Hosting Friends" environment
*Taking reservations
*Checking guest in and out via the "Opera" Property Management System
*Balancing cash and credit cards
*Switchboard operation
