Description
Success Day Care is currently seeking a temporary-full time
early childhood educator for a 6 week term, beginning March
11, 2013.
Qualifications:
Early Childhood Education Certification (preferred, but not
required)
First Aid and CPR
Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check
TB Test Results
ECE Skills:
Knowledge of and ability to program within a
play-based curriculum
Demonstrated knowledge of Child Development
Provide supervision and guidance of daily
activities
Establish guidelines for behaviour
Knowledge and application of Child Care
Regulations
Provide a nurturing atmosphere that encourages
creative expression through art, dramatic play &
music
Essential Skills:
Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work with and mentor others
Job task planning and organizing
