Willow Creek Organic Grain Company, a dynamic and growing organic food manufacturer is seeking a manager to oversee it food production operations at its plant located in Watson Saskatchewan. Duties to include production scheduling, oversee production and administrative staff, inventory management, production materials purchasing, budget preparation, plant maintenance amongst other duties. Some marketing experience would be considered an asset. Minimum base salary of $41,600 plus monthly bonus which could lead to $60,000 to $90,000 plus per year. Watson is located 1.5 hours east of Saskatoon and 2 hours north of Regina. A new production plant will be built in year 2013 just outside of Saskatoon where eventually all company operations will be moved to. Company presently employs 5 full time plus 2 part time employees.
