JNE Welding is looking for a full-time Shipper Receiver. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Working safely and in accordance with JNE and OH&S procedures and guidelines
Driving loaders, forklifts, and fleet vehicles as required
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight
Ensuring all loads are within regulations and are properly documented and secured
Maintaining inventory and keeping yard organized (involves heavy lifting)
Entering receiving data into computerized inventory database
Performing routine maintenance and inspection on equipment and vehicles
Desired Qualifications:
Grade 12 education
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures & trucking rules and regulations
Basic computer skills
Experience with loaders and forklifts
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
