Teacher is responsible for children in all aspects of development and address the components of the Head Start Program including: education, nutrition, health & safety, language & culture, social & parental involvement. The Teacher will plan and apply the curriculum in a safe nurturing, stimulating and culturally relevant environment. Must have a Grade 12, Early Childhood Education Certificate/Diploma, previous experience/training working with children, fluent in an Aboriginal language would be an assets.
