Waiting on tables in dining room and bar
Must be 19 years of age
Willing to work weekends and evenings
Must be honest & flexiable
Must be able to do math in your head and count back change
Safe food handlers course an asset
Some light cooking maybe involved
Clean, neat and good manners are required
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food Safe Certificate
Additional Skills
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
