Description
We are now recruiting to hire a seasonally employed Office Clerk for the upcoming tax season.
This position is responsible for customer service by answering inquiries by telephone and in-person visits with clients, booking appointments, use of computers.
This person will have the following skills and abilities:
- CONFIDENTIALITY is necessary as we are dealing with private information
- good communication skills
- good organizational and interpersonal skills
- some computer skills preferred
- previous experience dealing with the general public preferred but not required
-Basic income tax knowledge would be an asset. Training available for suitable person
