With the opening of the Rosetown & District Primary Health Centre scheduled for June, 2013 the Town of Rosetown is accepting applications for the position of part-time Medical Office Assistant.
Reporting to and under the direction of the Medical Office Manager this position is responsible to:
Coordinate patient care through the clinic waiting room, exam room and all Clinic services
Provide administrative support to Practitioners: reception, data entry, records maintenance and correspondence
Deliver exceptional customer / patient service according to company mission statement
Maintain strong positive relationship with internal and external healthcare practitioners, suppliers and customers / patients
