Cutting, wrapping and displaying meat for sale. Ordering product for department. Responsible for department cleanliness being maintained. Serving customers and taking specialty orders. Being able to communicate and give direction to fellow employees that work under Meat Cutter. Merchandising fresh and smoked meat display cases and maintaining freshness.
