Description

Under the supervision of the Employee Assistance Coordinator, this position performs a variety of clerical duties related to the Employee Family Assistance Program

Duties include:
- Collecting, entering, retrieving and manipulating computerized data, generating statistical reports
- Acting as receptionist, updating manuals, booking meeting rooms, maintaining inventory of office supplies etc.
- Accurately transcribing minutes of various committee meetings, including the Board of Directors meetings, assembling copies for distribution and maintaining minute binders.
- Assisting with monthly newsletter

The successful candidate will have graduated from a recognized business college computer accounting program, have 55wpm typing speed, plus two years related work experience. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Simply Accounting is required. Your ability to deal with confidential material in a discreet manner utilizing your strong communication skills plus the ability to work independently are key requirements.
