The Service Team Lead is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the external work of a team of service technicians. Our service technicians provide warranty and service work in our customers homes, typically working on replacing sealed units & door slabs, adjusting windows & doors, fixing screens, capping, caulking & casing.
The Ideal Candidate will bring a proven track record of customer service, leadership, and direct work experience in a renovations or window replacement role. They will bring excellent organizational & computer skills, the ability to diagnose customer service concerns, and perform service calls as required.
Responsibilities for this position include the following:
Coordinate between customers and Service Technicians to diagnose and schedule service requirements, replacement parts and materials, and schedule work
Supervise a team of Service Technicians, ensuring quality of workmanship and a high quality of customer service
Contact home owners regarding re-booked appointments and missed service calls
Provide Safety information, all memos, and updated AWW Policies to Service Technician team
Primary Qualifications Required:
Knowledge and Experience of window and door installation practices
Proficient computer skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain a high degree of professionalism
Status of Position:
Hours: Monday Friday, 8AM 4:30PM
