TD Canada Trust requires an energetic Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service to customers while processing their transactions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.
You will deliver a consistent customer service experience to each customer and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall experience.
You will recognize and respond to the customer's basic needs, identify opportunities to promote and provide advice on TD Canada Trust products and services while assisting in the sales referral process.
We would look to you to understand and apply branch operating policies and procedures, while being knowledgeable and complying with Bank and industry codes of conduct, as well as security laws and regulations.
In addition to your post secondary education or equivalent work experience you possess excellent organizational and customer service skills. You demonstrate a high energy approach and excel in a fast paced work environment. You have strong computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
It is understood that you will have flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required on a rotational basis as part of the branch team.
