The Gradworks Intern Development Program is designed to provide recent post-secondary graduates with challenging and career-focused positions within our network of Saskatchewan Crown Corporations. These full-time internship positions of 12 months in length are intended to allow recent post-secondary graduates the opportunity to gain experience and to develop specific career-related skills.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Post-secondary degree in Communications (Communications, English, Journalism) and/or Computers & IT. Business Communications degree
DESCRIPTION: The intern will create an information structure and a set of answers aimed at a specific audience. They will edit existing and create new technical reference material. This content will help our install and repair employees easy access to well written reference material that will help them their tasks more efficiently. This content will then be and system will be implemented, measured, and processes for sustainment will be developed.
Help develop a best in class knowledge base for internal users.
Significant work is required to audit existing content and transfer to the new knowledge management system.
Responsible for creating and editing technical content for Install and Repair employees.
Uncover and create missing content
Focus on multimedia content in the Knowledge Base may be required
Processes for keeping knowledge fresh and useful will need to be developed and documented.
Basic Knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint.
Good writing and communication skills.
