Build Capability  Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results
and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.

Job Requirements:
Proven ability to drive sales results
Strong supervisory, communication and customer service skills
Minimum of two years retail experience
Prior sales management experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
