The Ranch Ehrlo Society has a life-changing career opportunity. We are seeking a Director of Residential Services for our programs based at our Corman Park Campus, 10 minutes north of Saskatoon. We invite you to join our renowned residential and family treatment agency and help make a difference in the lives of youth and their families.

This position provides leadership and oversees management of programs at the Corman Park campus near Saskatoon. The director is responsible for all administration functions, annual planning and budgeting of the programs within the division, and works very closely with the individual managers to ensure that the services, resources, and staff of the units are working within the vision of the agency and working towards the goals as set out in the strategic plan.

Applicants should have a graduate degree in the human services field and a minimum of 10 years experience. The starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $82,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits and a company-matched pension plan.
