The Ministry of Environment is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader for the position of Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Performance Improvement.



Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Environmental Support, the position oversees the development and management of comprehensive organizational planning and performance management processes and frameworks that support the Ministry in establishing strategic direction, good governance, accountability and citizen-centred approaches.  The position provides leadership to significant Ministry and cross-Government initiatives which advance the interests of Ministry clients and the people of Saskatchewan.  In addition to leading a team of professionals in support of the Government and the Ministry's overall direction, the position will also provide expert advice and guidance to the Ministry which supports the direction and development of a strategic management framework with a strong focus on performance measures and accountability.
