Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

o    Prepare, draft and finalize contracts together with the Engineering Project Team for the designated area
o    Enforcing Master Service Agreements and Project Authorizations to assure that contract administrative requirements are met
o    Invoice reviews and approvals
o    Maintain supplier files by keeping them complete and up to date
o    Plan and coordinate the contract change management initiatives as directed by Procurement Lead
o    Position is based in Saskatoon with up to 25% travel required

Skills & Qualifications

o    Purchasing and Contracts Training or equivalent experience is required
o    Professional Certification is required
o    5 - 8 years relevant experience in contracts management is ideal
o    5+ years experience in contracts management in large scale projects, preferably in the mining and/or oil and gas industries
o    Industry experience is required
o    On site experience is considered an asset
o    Excellent leadership skills and experience
o    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
