Description
55% - Manage and deliver comprehensive agronomy services (e.g. CropSense and FieldSense) to help farm customers grow better crops through making sound crop production and risk management decisions in the areas of precise agriculture, crop planning, nutrient, weed, disease, insect and harvest management
25% - In coordination with the Sales Representative, sell agronomy services to farm customers in order to achieve revenue budgets; work with the Sales Representatives and location teams to identify and prospect Agronomy Service customers
10% - Provide leadership, direction and training to Agronomic Interns; coach and share best practices with other Agronomic Advisors
10% - Provide technical support and be an agronomic resource for the location team; attend crop input supplier meetings, facilitate workshops, and provide input for crop reports and crop input strategies
