Description

FACILITY/LOCATION: Meadow Lake Home Care  

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Home Care

CLASSIFICATION: Assessor Coordinator

STATUS: Permanent Part Time (.50 FTE)

HOURS OF WORK: 8 hours shifts

RATE OF PAY: As per SAHO/HSAS C.A. ($31.868 - $38.965 per hour)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

RN, RPN, LPN with current registration with the SRNA, RPNAS, SALPN, in Saskatchewan.

Possess strong assessment and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability for flexibility and self direction.

Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.  Travel required.

Experience and/or knowledge working with the elderly.  LTC and Home Care will be an asset.

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES: 8 hour shifts, 0800-1630 hours, Monday to Friday. 3 days per week/2 days per week (alternating).
