Description
Reporting to the Director of Acute Care Services, Lloydminster
Hospital, the successful candidate is accountable for the day-to-
day operation & management of two operating suites and the
Central Sterilization Room. The Nurse Manager is responsible to
ensure high quality nursing care through planning & efficient use
of human & material resources.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and be a
Registered Nurse in good standing with the SRNA; Perioperative
Nursing certification; have 3 to 5 years acute care nursing
experience. Preference will be given to those applicants with
managerial experience. Excellent verbal communication skills as
well as strong interpersonal skills are a must. The individual
must be able to establish and maintain good working relations
with all levels of staff and be able to independently establish
priorities and meet deadlines.
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Out-of-Scope
Management Compensation Plan.
