Description:
We are seeking an experienced Call Centre
Representative to assume the position of Team Lead
who would assist in supervising all aspects of a
functioning call centre. Duties would include but
not be limited to:
- Learn and utilize all aspects of the established
Marketing System,
- Contacting prospects from various lead sources
and setting appointments,
- Conducting Virtual Tours to help explain the
benefits of DirectBuy,
- Assisting in the recruiting and training of both
new and existing call centre staff,
Earning potential is based on an hourly wage plus
bonuses.
Potential for advancement is available,
Preference will be given to those with experience
in call centre management.
